Jen started sewing after her daughter was born and her "how hard can it be" attitude has gotten her into all sorts of trouble since then! She's a mostly self-taught sewist (with a voracious appetite for sewing books and mini courses) who's passion for sewing has seen her start handmade businesses, learn to draft PDF patterns and launch a digital sewing magazine. She believes that inspiration and confidence are the keys to sewing success and can't wait to help you along on your sewing journey!

About the course

GREENER HOME PROJECT CLASSES
These classes will teach you about sourcing and using sustainable fabrics, zero waste sewing, mindful sewing and upcycling. Examples of projects include:
* Tote bag/shopping bags
* Fruit and veg bag
* unpaper towels/makeup wipes
* waterproof toiletry bag
* Bento lunch bag
* zero waste kimono

KINDY CAPSULE WARDROBE CLASSES
These classes will help you sew a capsule wardrobe for a child. You will learn about planning a capsule wardrobe, sewing with knit fabric on a sewing machine, using an overlocker, applique, adding pockets, closures, options for finishing seams and using PDF patterns. Examples of projects include:
*Woven shorts with pockets
