SEWING 101 COURSE

The beginner sewing 101 course covers all the basics.  After this course you will be able to use your sewing machine safely, confidently sew beginner projects and perform basic maintenance on your sewing machine.

You will learn tips and tricks for sewing straight lines and around curves.  By the end of this course you will be able to cut out and use PDF patterns, and finish seams professionally.  I'll demystify choosing interfacing, installing zips and sewing buttonholes.

If you've been a little nervous about getting started this course will give you the confidence to tackle projects with a "how hard can it be attitude".  I'll even show you the easy way to use a quick unpick so hiccups don't stop you in your tracks.
